1-1/4" Schedule 10 Long Radius 45° Elbow – 321 Stainless Steel
PNW Sanitary 321 stainless steel Schedule 10 long radius 45° elbows are precision-manufactured butt-weld fittings designed for nominal pipe size (NPS) stainless piping systems operating in elevated temperature environments. The long-radius 45-degree geometry provides a smooth directional transition that supports improved flow characteristics while maintaining balanced wall thickness for industrial fabrication and process piping applications.
Constructed from 321 stainless steel and manufactured in accordance with ASTM A403/A960 material standards and ASME B16.9 dimensional requirements, this elbow is engineered for high-temperature service. The titanium-stabilized composition of 321 stainless enhances resistance to intergranular corrosion and reduces the risk of weld decay in heat-affected zones, making it suitable for systems exposed to sustained heat or repeated thermal cycling.
Schedule 10 wall thickness offers a practical balance between weight and durability compared to lighter Schedule 5 and heavier Schedule 40 options. Ends are factory-beveled for secure and consistent butt-weld installation. Fittings are ink-stamped “Ace Race Parts” for manufacturing identification.
Features- Material: 321 stainless steel (titanium-stabilized)
- Wall thickness: Schedule 10
- Geometry: Long radius 45° elbow
- Standards: ASTM A403/A960
- Dimensions: ASME B16.9
- Enhanced resistance to heat-related corrosion and weld decay
