Equipment Leader Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Equipment Leader services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Introduction
These Terms govern equipment sales, rentals, repairs, listings, communications, and related
services.
3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
Users must be legally able to enter contracts and comply with applicable laws.
4. Use of Equipment
Equipment must be used safely, lawfully, and according to manufacturer instructions.
5. Sales, Orders, Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Returns are governed by the Equipment Leader Return Policy. Certain manufacturers, distributors,
fulfillment partners, and vendors may impose restocking fees, cancellation fees, freight charges,
inspection fees, or other return-related costs that exceed Equipment Leader's standard fees. Such
fees may be passed through to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by law. Commercial,
custom, special-order, oversized, hazardous, and manufacturer-direct products may have
additional restrictions or may be non-returnable. Customers are responsible for applicable return
shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
6. Rentals and Rental Agreements
Rental transactions are governed by separate rental agreements.
7. Repairs and Third-Party Service Providers
Equipment Leader may facilitate third-party repairs but is not responsible for third-party
workmanship or delays.
8. Third-Party Listings and Consignments
Third-party listings are governed by separate agreements and may have separate conditions.
9. Pricing, Payments, and Chargebacks
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in collections, account suspension, and recovery of
costs.
10. Limitation of Liability
Equipment Leader is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest
extent permitted by law.11. Assumption of Risk and Indemnification
Users assume risks associated with equipment use and agree to indemnify Equipment Leader for
claims arising from misuse or violations.
12. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Content is owned by or licensed to Equipment Leader unless otherwise stated.
13. DMCA Compliance
Copyright notices may be sent to support@equipmentleader.com.
14. Privacy Policy
Use of the Services is subject to the Equipment Leader Privacy Policy.
15. SMS, Text Messaging, Telephone Communications, and
Electronic Communications
By providing a phone number or contacting Equipment Leader, customers consent to receive
communications including order confirmations, shipping updates, customer service
communications, quote follow-ups, fraud prevention alerts, warranty notices, recalls, marketing
messages, promotions, and special offers where permitted by law. Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
Customers may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP where available.
16. AI, Chat, and Automated Services
AI-generated responses are informational and may be monitored for quality and training purposes.
17. Modifications to Terms
Equipment Leader may update these Terms at any time.
18. Termination of Access
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
20. International Users
